Q: My order has not arrived yet.

A: Most orders arrive on time, but there are occasional delays in the mail, especially in the current circumstances. Domestic shipments usually turn up within a few days. If your shipment has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us.

Q: Do you also sell used products?

A: No. We sell 100% brand new goods.

Q: What payment methods do you offer?

A: We offer the following methods of payment: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Pay Later, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, IMMEDIATE and VISA.

Q: What measures are taken to ensure the security of my credit card information?

A: Our credit card processing is done through a 128-bit SSL connection provided by GoDaddy, the world leader in security. The transactions are then processed by Sage Pay, one of the leading credit card processors in the UK. This means that your credit card details cannot be intercepted or cracked. Your credit card details are not stored by us. Payment is made simply and securely through our payment system, so your confidential information cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons. Our website is regularly checked for protection against hacker attacks and compliance with PCI requirements.

Q: Is international delivery possible?

A: Yes. Proceed with the payment process as usual and select the desired country. Shipping to EU locations will be shown in the payment process. For shipping to locations outside the EU, an additional €2.90 will be charged depending on the destination country. All shipping options will be displayed in the payment process.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: That depends on the destination country. In Germany the price is 3,90€ upwards and shipping is free for orders over 30€.

Q: Are you reachable by e-mail?

A: Yes, you can find it in the contact letter.

Q: Do the products have a warranty?

A: Yes, all of our DeCreasers come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which bears our official stamp. When you purchase on our site, you can be sure that your product is fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the entire period of validity.

Q: What packaging is used to protect my order during shipping?

A: For shipping, we use our own cartons that are specially designed for the boxes we sell. Air cushions and polystyrene provide additional protection.
